What's on the Pass:
Hands-on leadership of restaurant, room service and conference & events kitchen operations
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu innovation and seasonal concepts
Coach, mentor and develop a skilled team of chefs and kitchen staff
Uphold world-class hygiene and food safety standards
Work alongside the Restaurant & Bar team to deliver seamless service and memorable guest experiences
Bring creativity and flair to every dish that leaves the kitchen
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
About You:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready for the next step
A natural leader who inspires, supports, and lifts the team around you
Confident in modern Australian/European cuisine and upmarket food presentation
Comfortable across à la carte service, banquets, and fast-paced high-volume functions
Adept at managing prep, service and kitchen systems – with exceptional attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking skills – even in the heat of service
Passionate about staying ahead of culinary trends and creating unforgettable dining moments
Trade qualifications and full working rights in Australia
Available across a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, nights and weekends
